Our Story
With over 50 years of technology and senior care service, Smart Safe Seniors is positioned to support you and your family's needs. While it can be difficult at times for seniors to age in place, our goal is to make it as safe and comfortable as possible. There are many new technologies that do just that. Jonathan O'Donnell
Founder, Age In Place Consultant
Bio
With over 20 years of experience as a technology and project management leader, my career has been focused on making complex systems work better for people. I’ve managed large-scale digital projects, including serving as a lead strategist for the successful MassSave.com program, helping residents make their homes more efficient.
My real passion, however, is using technology to help people in a more personal and meaningful way. I believe everyone deserves to live safely and independently in their own home for as long as possible.
That’s why I shifted my focus to serving seniors and their families. As a Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist, I can help you identify and address potential risks in your home how to fix it. As a specialist Certified in Smart Home Assistive Technology and AI, I can install and, most importantly, clearly explain the simple tools that provide greater well being, security and peace of mind.
My background in project management means every job is handled professionally and reliably, and my service in the U.S. Army instilled a deep sense of discipline and trust. I look forward to helping your family find practical solutions that make life at home safer and easier.
